I tried this bot but I'm having issues with opencv i get failed to load DLL cv2 any chance of making a toturial?

Or just a simple link on how to install CV+contrib do you need to use a compiler?

Follow the general scheme of that link and it should help installing cv+contrib. No need for a compiler just pip.
