[Feat] Add a precheck for tesseract image conversion #41

Issues have popped up in relation to the tesseract command not producing the txt file that contains the word #21, #40, #31

I think of having solved the problem by installing tesseract in the yugioh-bot/bin/tess, and after the istallation moving the content from yugioh-bot/bin/tess/tesseract-ocr to yugioh-bot/bin/tess
