Added GMM_ASC scripts calculating statistics for 5-deg longitude bins #30

Pushing the script with the 5deg longitude bins. As per issue #29, it still not working as the loop that calculates the statistics is taking too long.

As a side note, we still need to average out over the distinct ASC regimes (diagnosed via GMM the statistics) after getting the statistics per longitude bin.
