Medical skill #35

Medical skill was useful for doing surgeries faster, and since we can't expect there to always have something to do, doing nice surgeries in the off-time might be a good idea.

Abandon if it can't be made 100% Modular.

I did do general code improvements on surgeries in preparation for this but thinking about it again (and especially since I went back on my decision to add dissection surgeries for research points) I don't think I want this afterall.
