As I user I want to be able to see crime data from the Swedish police API

Tasks

[x] Fetch JSON data from the Swedish police API
[x] Convert the JSON data into a format usable (presentable) for the web applications list items mentioned in #4

Acceptance criteria

Data can be fetched from the Swedish police api and used (presented) by the web application
