Launch `tibet` from any folder #27

Now, it works only if pwd folder equal to project, because of reletive path to dics folder. In other places the error returns:

$ tibet shell
What tibetan word to translate?
> sems
tibet: /home/metaxis/dics/: getDirectoryContents:openDirStream: does not exist (No such file or directory)
