The age2 Forum card currently has the "East Trading Post" as a prerequisite. This should also accept the prerequisite of the "West Trading Post."
I think we probably just need to change the format of the CSV prerequisite column to be able to list more than one prerequisite. I don't think we should check all played cards and see if the Forum is a free card as a result of each card.
