Axis values and floating Info box not localising values #237

Hi @willdale , hope you are doing well.

I have found that this lib is not converting values of axis and floating info header to localised values. I can see that average line value converted to Arabic it self. Please check attached SS. Simulator Screen Shot - iPhone 14 Pro - 2023-05-16 at 17 53 36
