have you tried the standard ps3 file
 https://nintendon-t.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/controllerconfigs/controller_ps3.ini 
I think youl find it works better for you

the controller_ps3.ini work solo the led, the gamepad button no respond

If your refering to the "A" and "X" buttons they just have their positions 
reversed.
Power is also set to a different button
If something eslse what buttons?

no in the problem button, the problem is no respont.
