Hello,

For the plan: 900345HR_Plan_For_Out_Of_Country_Residents_80-0205LGASC1-1-17, we have discovered the following defect...

When generating this plan, the language "Most coverage provided outside the United States. Contact 1-800-262-BLUE (2583)" appears when generating the SBC, even when removing this information from the plan design, saving and checking back in.

Please research and fix ASAP.

Do you want this language removed completely from the Standard plan design?

michparrish commented 8 years ago

I've removed this language from the plan in pclient5, generated a new document and the statement does not show in the "Other Covered Services" bullets. Please test and I can remove from the plan in Prod, with your approval.

Hi Michelle,

I just tested this in PClient5 and the bullet is still appearing. Please advise.

what plan please?

michparrish commented 8 years ago

I just removed it completely from the standard plan in Content Library - there is no field in the Configurator for this field for you to update it in there. Is that what you did?

mattrimer commented 8 years ago

The plan is the large group out-of-country plan. We had originally found it in the "additional other covered services statement" field in the plan workspace tool. After deleting it from that field, it would still exist. It seems that you may have done precisely what we were doing (deleting the text from that field) for the same result.

In theory, the text shouldn't still exist after generating a new PDF, but it does. We were hoping that you might know of another reason why the text would still appear and find a way to resolve the issue.

Hi Matt, We refreshed pclient5 with Prod data yesterday (to ready ourselves for the data extraction for your offboarding) and I can now recreate it. I really have no idea why this is happening - if the data is not there, it should not be pulling into the document. I have to open a bug for this - can your team update offline and continue on with their process since this only impacts one plan?

mattrimer commented 8 years ago

Yeah we should be okay for now--thanks!

michparrish commented 8 years ago

Just FYI - for now we're going to hold off on the bug since this only impacts the one plan and your team is able to handle offline. If this ends up impacting more than one plan, we'll look into it further but for now, we'll leave it as is. Thanks!!
