add fedora support #2

add support for fedora/distros that use dnf

could possibly add a wontfix for yum bc dnf is meant to replace it?

@mininmobile Would you mind looking at the count option for Fedora? I don't know how you would do it, but after a quick google I just threw something in there. Submit another PR if there is a better way to do it.
