Hi,

It is my understanding that the two files COPYING and COPYING.LESSER should both be there. See http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.

Thanks, you are right. I think the suggested practice is a bit misleading. Naming the licenses as COPYING (LGPL) and COPYING.GPL (GPL) would suggest that the license is LGPL, not GPL. I have updated the patch according to the suggested practice.
