What are the formal errors on zeta_0, zeta_1? #170

Correctly pointed out by @karenlmasters, this should be given in Section 4.1.

Re-parameterize zeta to account for actual surface brightness range, such that the intercept of zeta is not at mu =0. Something like log10(ζˆ) = (ζ0 - 20) + (ζ1 × μ).
