Write JUnit tests for GuiceBox, refactoring where necessary. 
Aim for 90%+ coverage.

CommandLineModule and ConsoleLogger covered in r83.

PropertiesModule covered in r91.
Had to do some significant refactoring of PropertiesModule to make the 
important bits testable.

Resolved in r93 to r95. (Had some issues with Google Code SVN...)
There may be some (ironic) breaking changes in this revision, but I felt it was 
more important to get it out there 
and start reviews. The v0.1 jar file is still available for download until the 
trunk is more stable.
