Ping takes too long to time out #5

Ping uses @PingInterval x @PingTolerance for the timeout, but with the default 
settings, that's 50 
seconds! Default settings should be changed so it times out sooner.

Suggest defaults of:
@PingInterval=1500
@PingTolerance=3
