Added boto3 as library #58

boto3 addition for the execution of Amazon AWS ansible scripts

At the moment, although I understand that boto3 library is great when using AWS, it is not really a core part of Ansible and therefore at the moment, I don't think we should add it. You can totally just add it afterwards if you want and pull any Ansible image you want. Hope you understand.

Will Thanks for this. This was actually my very first contribution. Happy with your comments, yes, we are doing exactly this, and using ansible-galaxy to do updates. Really happy with this image , you are doing a great job
