[Sprint 2] Suggestion for NFC #17

I reviewed sungbin's path and found some functions that can be used for other passes. So I think it would be benificial for further project to make these as library.

How do you think about it?

Maybe there are not much pass which requiring cost of our memory model, but it suggests more general approach: making architecture constants file in somewhere.
