Added image of gold stars, silver stars, and checkmarks into image assets
The stars follows the outlined reward system below (given by Dr. Evans):
Stars: The child receives gold stars for consecutive correct answers on a first attempt. [a] Two correct answers on first attempts would be two gold stars. [b] If the child gives an incorrect answer on a first attempt, [c] then a correct first answer on another attempt, the child would have only two gold stars. [d] If the child then gives correct answers on two more first attempts, the child would total three stars.
This system is not as clear to the user as it should be. It would help a lot if, after an incorrect answer such as [b] above, the two stars were changed to gray. This would signal that an incorrect answer restarts the process. After [c] in the example above, the child would see one gold star and one gray star. After [d] the child would see three gold stars.
The maximum number of stars a child can earn is 5.
