Can't unninstall #4

After stopped, rebooted, restart, etc. I can't uninstall this node.

And after clicking remove... image

Event log... image

PD: I can successfully uninstall other nodes.

in nodered dir, "npm uninstall node-red-contrib-ssh-v3"
