Input plugin warnings #486

I am getting bug reports about the mupen GUI. The following warnings are 
reported by the input plugin when launching mupen and when launching a game

12:10:11: [Input] Warning : N64 Controller <<issue 1>>: Disabled, SDL joystick 
0 is not available
12:10:11: [Input] Warning : N64 Controller <<issue 2>>: Disabled, SDL joystick 
1 is not available
12:10:11: [Input] Warning : N64 Controller <<issue 3>>: Disabled, SDL joystick 
2 is not available
12:10:11: [Input] Warning : N64 Controller <<issue 4>>: Disabled, SDL joystick 
3 is not available
12:10:11: [Input] Warning : No joysticks/controllers found

The person says "Even when I plug in a game pad, the above errors appear when I 
start wxMupen64Plus."

Since these messages are generated by the core and not by my GUI I am posting 
them here. I think there should be a way to silence them. For instance if a 
user wants to play alone with one keyboard there is no reason whatsoever to bug 
them about not there being 4 gamepads connected.
