📝 Description of the new feature/enhancement

Hey, I saw your post on Reddit. Awesome stuff. I can see this being useful in my workflow since i work on a bunch of files at once for dev work.

Would it be possible to have the ability or option to show the window if i drag and hold the files instead of shaking the mouse?

Thanks for trying out Dropshelf! Do you mean having the window always appear somewhere on screen (e.g. in the corner) whenever you drag a file, and have it disappear if you don't drop anything into the shelf? I'm thinking about implementing a similar feature where you can permanently dock a shelf to the side of the screen. The shelf would slide in and out of view depending on whether your cursor is hovered near the shelf.

Sorry for the late response!

What I meant is, let's say I click and drag 2 files in File Explorer. If I keep holding my mouse down, i should expect the Dropshelf window to appear since the intention is that i want to move the files to another folder or window. But the other option of having the window in a corner would be a good option as well!

Would be nice if shelf can be created by dragging a file to the monitor's edge, at the place where it is being dragged. I saw such behavior in Dropshelf for MacOS by pilotmoon.
