theme script migration #81

This PR is implementing the new theme script feature added in Spicetify v2.17.2.

This is nice but since the theme currently more-or-less only supports older versions of Spotify, this will cause compatibility issues with the only versions that are actually supported.

I think it's best to hold off on doing this until the theme can be updated for the newest versions of Spotify.
