bugz doesn't handle defined name as parameter of -b #101

I have defined Novell bugzilla entry in my ~/.bugzrc in section [novell]. As I'm using plain HTTP authentization, I'd like to enter only `bugz -b novell' to select particular bugzilla (URL with username/password on command line is too exposed).

Oops, I shouldn't report bugz at this late hour. I mixed that with connection.
