this pr is closer to being production ready, but i've added a few things i really want to have before merging this to the top of this

there'll certainly be merge conflicts w/main once #49 is merged but to solve those and fix the things that's concerned about you need edit/deletion support first

so in theory everything should be "ready" but i've not tested this

things to fix from testing:

• [x] revolt has a max of 5 attachments
• [x] discord stickers aren't handled properly
• [x] discord welcome messages aren't handled properly
• [x] try to fix guilded code blocks
• [x] having too many attachments can cause the embed to end up being too long
• [X] try to fix tenor links sent to guilded they actually embed them by default
• [ ] make plain links link on guilded
• [x] you gotta redo attachment and reply support in guilded
