EPS integration #305

The EPS module needs to be integrated with leegmgr module and the regular
match report page.

Stats generator page needs to be built too.

Maybe this should be made a core component instead of a module?

I think they both could be modules.  Stats gen and the page to view a match 
report
with these stats.  With would make them both easily modified and give more 
choice in
which stats to grab and how the stats should be shown.  For example this would 
allow
for a completely different view page, instead of viewing a locked report page.
