Just realized there is no way to remove a team or stadium picture if it has
been previously uploaded.

Yes, this is true. 
It's not a great solution, but for now either manually removed the pic. from the
"images/" directory or re-upload the "no image available" file as your stadium 
pic.

Will add this functionality later (post 0.8).
