Clean theme indicates a current home league error #396

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Coach Corner/Change OBBLM theme
2. Change it to clean (2)
3. The current home league cell returns with Notice: Undefined index: in
/var/www/lib/class_coach_htmlout.php on line 411

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Change home league will return an error even in stuntyleeg.com

What version of the product are you using?

Seems like it only happens if the home league for that coach was not set before 
and
therefore it is 'None'. Since I received the error message it remained even 
when i
changed back to classic theme. Setting a home league solved the problem in both 
themes.
