PROCEDURE db1057081-obblmdb.match_sync does not exist #434

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I filled out a match report and clicked on "save"
2. I get a green message and the Match is saved and shows up as a report on the
"home"-page
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get the following line under the green "success"-message:
PROCEDURE db1057081-obblmdb.match_sync does not exist

What version of the product are you using?
0.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Do I need to have procedure-rights on my server for this also? I don't have
them. I upgraded
locally on my mac and uploaded the database afterwards.

This also leads to the match data not updating the teams.

Also, when I try to remove an achieved player skill I get

PROCEDURE db1057081-obblmdb.getPlayerDProps does not exist

I suppose this is in the same area of problem.

OBBLM 0.8 requires MySQL access rights to create mysql procedures/functions,
which
seem as if are missing from your installation. Did you not get any
install/upgrade
errors due to these not being created? This is most likely not something you
can do
anything about, you need higher privelages from your DB user at your host. Try
asking
your host for them.

Also the user that creates these may have the most rights. So for example if
your
ip address for the user changes user1@10.10.3.4 is different than
user@10.10.3.5.

Did you try this? Did it work?

I'm sorry. Was on vacation. My host will only upgrade my web-pack, which I
can't afford. Guess this is a dead-end for me for now. Will try to use 0.75
with manually changed data to fit LRB6. If my league-members will decide to
start over at some time in the future (which they refuse to do right now), I
will move to Stuntyleeg, I guess.
