Move team to a different coach #463

As seems to happen with many fixtures based leagues coaches drop out and the 
teams need to be moved to a different coach so that they may continue to be 
played until the end of the season.

Currently I am doing this myself by editing the DB entries for 
teams.owned_by_coach and teams.f_cname

It would be handy if this could be done through the admin panel.

This will not work that easily, all the compiled stats tables and match_data 
must be updated too.

Will think of implementing this.

I am not sure if you mean common for Lee or in general.  Personally I would 
never give a team to another coach.

I probably have 1-2 players drop a season (20 week period) I don't have a 
problem replacing them but because the league is fixtures based its more 
appropriate for a coach to tale over a team than start a new one and then try 
and hack their fixtures.

Ok, this is my conclusion:

The reason why I'm against adding this feature is that for this to work, once a 
team has been set to have a new owner all previous match data / progress etc. 
will also have to be "set" to the new owner, ie. it will look like the new 
coach always had been the coach for the team - leaving no trace that it was 
actually another coach's team.
This also poses a much bigger problem in terms of data integrity since once the 
transfer is complete both the COACHS' stats will also immediately change 
(w,l,d,elo,.. etc.). This I cannot allow and is the same reason why team 
deletion is not allowed.
