Overall standings box: Add a link to the team page for each of the teams #51

It would be a nice shortcut for users of the website to be able to quickly
click on a team name, and see the team page for the team in question. Also,
since we already have all team data available, it is a nobrainer to add a
link to the team name.

Eventhough I am not a very skilled PHP coder, think I can manage this change, so
unless you guys think its a bad idea, I will start working on it.

Lets have a vote on this one (may take some time since most devels/contributers 
are
slow at responding).

Personally I prefer the front page to be "clean". By this I mean, that I find 
the
front page prettier without links in all the boxes for teams and players.
But, I don't _really_ have any strong feelings for this.

I work with usability and frontend at a daily basis, and I known that having a 
lists
like this, without linking to the entries is not good usability. If its the 
amount of
colored links that is a problem, then the default link color should be more 
neutral imo.

Personally, I would like it to look the way it looks. Ie, no visible change with
added link, please. I dont mind it either way, meaning with or without link.
