Free host address??? #548

Do you know any free web host server where I could install version 0.91? as all 
servers I tried I get an error message during installation regarding 
permissions.

I have it at 1 revision behind .91 right now.  But viewing the missing 
revision, it isn't missing much really.  I will get to putting it fully up to 
it and of course once you create an account you have full control of it.  I 
don't provide much space or bandwidth though just 20 MB storage and 100 MB 
bandwidth.

Otherwise, really, hosting is a very cheap service to buy. You only need php 
and mysql on the server.
