For Recent Matches & Upcoming matches show the coach name as well as team name #562

Many leagues knowing the coaches to play is more significant than the team - 
and therefore presenting the information at the same time will reduce the 
number of click throughs to find information. 

For the following pages show the coach name as a link as well as the team name

Recent Matches
Upcoming Matches
Recent & Coming Games (team sub-page)
Tournament Matches
