Enhancement Request:

The ability to toggle "Bank Rule" on for a team (much like the "Team Ready" 
toggle) where Money in Treasury over 100k is automatically added to the Team's 
Value.

This would utilize the Bank Rules originally proposed by the BBRC and in use in 
a lot of leagues.
