Can't print PDF roster #592

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any attempt by any coach to print any team roster via team menu -> Roster -> 
PDF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting a PDF roster to be created.  Instead I get the error

"FPDF error: Some data has already been output, can't send PDF file"

What version of the product are you using?
0.91

Please provide any additional information below.
The PDF printing worked 7 days ago. I have made minor adjustments since then 
and, once I realized the roster printing didn't work, I did a restore of the 
site back to 7 days ago.  The issue remains.

To the best of my knowledge there have been no changes to the database or the 
hosting.

I have attempted fixes listed in Issue 357 and issue r594.

This was a self inflicted wound. I discovered what I did.  I messed up the 
sections.php.  

Please close this (non) issue.
