When reporting matches, stadium shows all stadiums, and is preselected to the first in the list

Surely it should normally only be the two teams stadiums, and then it
should be possible to select another.

But the default should be the home teams stadium (first team listed on the
match report)

Since some leagues use the "stadium" to represent the team's/coach's house, in 
which
the game night is held, all teams are available.

I will mark the teams who compete in green and default select team1.

Please add "selected" in option tag for one of the participating teams' stadium 
too.
(I'm correcting almost every matches' stadium because the coaches are saving the
first stadium in dropdown list, which is a team that's not even playing this 
league.)

I would suggest making a solution where the default select (or even a 
radiobutton
display) of the two participating teams. But with an option to show a full list 
of
stadiums. Most matches will only require one of the two stadiums. No reason to 
make
it harder to select those.

r54 has team1 selected by deafult. The two competing teams are furthermore 
colored in
the dropdown
