Not possible to delete tag

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add new photo from Flickr with a tag
2. Delete tag in Flickr
3. Refetch - old tag still remains
4. Delete all references to old tag - however there is no way to remove the
tag resulting in an empty tag

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would be nice to be able to manage tags - remove tags specifically

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.08a
