Webcam support in Chrome #1

Hi,

Just curious if you ever got this working?

I wanted to develop some web-apps that use getusermedia but I could never figure out why my microphone and webcam just don't work in Chrome.

Native apps work like Cheese etc... but not in chrome, chromium, chrome beta.

Ok so it actually works now for video at least using: http://addyosmani.github.io/getUserMedia.js/face-detection-demo/

But audio still doesn't seem to work: http://webaudiodemos.appspot.com/

Chrome Beta, 37, XFCE, crouton, chromebook pixel
