Category level view cropping course fullname #374

In Moodle 4.0 the Moove theme crops the fullname of courses at the category level rather than showing the full title. On previous versions this had not been a problem.

EDIT: Also in the old version you could click on the category title to go to that category, but now the category title is just a label that doesn't link to anything. This was very useful as a site admin searching for courses and then going to the category for that course.

@DownesAyr Thanks for reporting this. This was added by Moodle, it is not a moove, but I agree that show all the course name is better.
