Hidden e-mail and optional fields in user profile do not work (Moodle 4) #386

As an ordinary student I may view other students' e-mail addresses in their profiles, even though they have chosen to hide it for anyone but the admins in their preferences. Furthermore, optional profile fields are not shown at all.

I have checked the Boost theme for the same issues, but it works as supposed.
