Breadcrumbs position in Moodle 4.1 / Moove 4.1.1 is wrong on some pages

Describe the bug On some pages, the breadcrumb position has shifted. It used to work in Moodle 4.0 / Moove 4.0.7, but now it looks like this, for example on /theme/index.php:

It seems that the navigation bar ends up in the wrong flexbox:

To Reproduce Go to /theme/index.php and look at the breadcrumbs

Expected behavior Breadcrumbs used to look correct in Moodle 4.0 / Moove 4.0.7:
