Change the app API IP and poits it to a subdomain #1

The current server of the application is now down. I have to deploy it on another cloud provider, change the API IP address and this time points it subdomain so this proccess is unecessary, and can be easily done through the DNS.

When done, generate a new APK and upload as another release
