add state slots #65

10 state slots 1 auto state slot For most emulators, this amount is typically 10

I will add 3 more in the next version for a total of 8. But I am sticking to Mednafen's 0-9 numbering system for ease of managing states and compatibility with Mednafen and other emulators. Note that 0 is reserved for auto, 9 is reserved for undo.
