Sorry, I guess my question is confusing. Is the only reason we’re doing two to save space on the public-facing sites? Because if that’s the case, we’re only getting 100KB uncompressed, 15KB compressed. If there are conflicts between the two, then it makes sense to separate them.

The big difference is in the grid. For Admin/Staff pages we are full-width but for public site we are not.

It makes things a bit more confusing and adds more configuration. Is there something specific to the public stylesheet that can't also be included in the private one?
