[TalkBack] Notifications of change of ViewPager content not handled #327

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I develop the next version of com.akompas.vp.android
2. I have a ViewPager that displays WebView tha tcontains very basic html (h1 
tags, p tags and text)
3. I launch continuous read on one page and swipe to the next webView

What is the expected output? 

I should see the next WebView on screen and TalkBack should select the first 
paragraph.

What do you see instead?

I see the correct WebView on screen but TalkBack is still reading the previous 
page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Android 4.1.2
TalkBack 3.4
Samsung Galaxy S2

Please provide any additional information below.

This is happening on a development version not the one currently on production.

Due to the nature of web accessibility, it's not feasible to fix this issue on 
earlier platforms.  We're iterating on accessibility in web content within 
Android 4.4, which should resolve this issue.
