google play不能下载 #145

1.把电脑上的hosts复制到安卓手机上，google 
play可以打开，但是不能下载软件

您使用的hosts文件版本：1.4.6
您使用的操作系统：win7，安卓
您所在的区域(省/市)：四川，成都
您使用的ISP(网络运营商)：联通
网络环境(IPv4/IPv6)：ipv4

您在 android 上使用的是 utf-8 编码的 hosts 文件吗？Windows 下 
hosts 文件编码格式与 android 不同
