Bug: IE11, Edge: Dragging emojis to collection on main screen doesn't add them to collection #5

On Windows 10, IE11.494.10586.0 and Edge: when trying to drag an emoji into a collection (whether it is the default 'Inbox' collection or a user-made one), the emoji is not added to said collection.

IE11 console, when item is dropped into collection sidebar:
