Решил глянуть до чего до рос проект, 
поставил на linuxmint9 версию 0.0.2.27
из репа ppa:tehnick/tehnick

Хотел указать папку куда зрузить файлы но 
программа после выбора папки виснет 

p.s
Хотя в Changes Update version libdcpp -> 0.770 но захожу 
помошь -> о прорамме "Core version 0.75"

На лаунчпаде обновляются пакеты из 
trunk-ветки репозитория. Там по-прежнему ядро 
0.750.
Если хочешь тестировать клиент с ядром 0.770, 
то собери сам из ветки branches/core.
