Prevent bounce on iPad Safari #181

I'm testing on an iPad with Safari latest version. Scrolling vertically works fine, but as soon as I need to scroll vertically and horizontally, my content bounces.

Is there any way to prevent the bounce, while maintaining both vertical and horizontal scrolling?

See the white-space in the image below that shows the bounce ..
