Godot-Skills: Update & Refactor #4

Update to use script classes and refactor it for simplicity. Place an emphasis on usability. Also, actually finish it, and get it workign. lol.

Redesign the system to use a SkillServer implementation where nodes throw requests for later batch processing within the same frame.
