Release executive_smach #227

...or, if changes we need are already released, just remove from .rosinstall file.

Please close when debians are available and entry from .rosinstall file has been removed.

Is there a compelling reason for this? My efforts are going into activity_manager, which is what we used for binfrastructure. Is using executive_smach from source a big problem?

Ooops read this wrong. Thought it said smach_executer and not executive_smach. executive_smach from debs is new enough now. I've removed it from the rosinstall: https://github.com/willowgarage/interactive-manipulation-install/pull/2
